Welcome one and all. If you are interested in the rv lifestyle we have a lot in common. My husband, Bob, and I have been RVing for 19 years and did full time for 11 years and loved every minute. We had 2 different trailers, a pickup camper, a diesel pusher and now drive a 28 ft. motor home. In our years we have traveled the U.S., Mexico, Canada and Alaska. A really terrific experience that we will never forget. Bob is a USAF retiree and talks about all the places he has flown over and into but never actually spent time seeing the ground view. We are discovering so many places and people thanks to the rv lifestyle. You never know who you will meet on the next stop on your trip but if you keep an open mind and know you will enjoy each and every day then you will love every minute of the trip.
We still have many places to visit and I am constantly looking at different places and what we can do and see if we go there. That is a lot of fun too. There have been times when we simply head up the road and stop for the night saying the next day we will go on to the next stop. But when the sun rises the next day we decide to stay and explore. At one such stop we were to stay one day and stayed a month only to find it one of the most interesting places we have explored. Haven't regretted that stop at all.
We take a lot of pictures and for many years I kept a dairy of each days findings. Now I make pictures and take notes in order to share with anyone who will stop and look and listen. This blog will be my way of sharing our travels with anyone else who would be interested. So welcome aboard and buckle up for the ride.
